Description Of Service Provided: Providing leadership and coordination for the annual Together We Can conference since 2002. This is an annual training event for those working in the field of child abuse and neglect. It includes social workers, lawyers, CASA, CAC, judges and community organization staff/volunteers. CLE and CEU are offered. Work with a steering committee of 25 and supervise several staff/volunteers. Start to finish coordination - event site, speakers, food, credit applications, AV, registration, on-site management and follow-up certicates.

Description Of Service Provided: Coordinated a half-day retreat for board members with training focused on board roles and responsibilities and short-term goals/planning efforts. Arranged for leadership and training to be included in each quarterly board weekend. Contacted speakers and confirmed topics for November meeting. Arranged for speakers/topics for future meetings. Serve as annual convention chair. This is a pro bono project as I am a serving on the state board. I have also served on this board in the past as convention chair and have served two terms on the Field Service Committee for National PTA.
