Description Of Service Provided: Over a period from early 1999 through March 2005, provided consulting services detailed on separately issued task orders. The last task order was to conduct a rapid business assessment of the Eastern Operations Group (EOG). The primary objective was to determine how current staff resources could be utilized more efficiently and to recommend steps that that would result in more effective business operations. The assessment included the research and evaluation of the current EOG business processes and operational practices. On site interviews were conducted at the Arrowhead office in Falls Church, Virginia. Additional information and documentation associated with the major business phases of Order Acquisition, Order Fulfillment and Service Life Cycle was also gathered.
