What is Nonprofit Works?
Nonprofit Works is a multi-phase, multi-year opportunity for mature nonprofit organizations in Central Louisiana to work with highly trained consultants to expand their governance, organization development, and leadership capacities. Organizations selected to participate in the program receive consultant time with local experts for facilitated board and administrative sessions, retreats, trainings and facilitated peer-learning opportunities. Community Development Works facilitates the networking and peer-learning opportunities. The nonprofit organizations work with local consultants who help them develop solutions to issues and situations that have been impeding their performance as well as planning dynamically for an expanding future.
