What is CDW?

Community Development Works (CDW), a program of The Rapides Foundation, provides training, leadership programs, and access to community development resources focused on developing citizen-led community development efforts that address local issues. CDW serves nonprofit organizations, congregations, and citizens working to increase the quality of life in Central Louisiana.
